It’s hard to imagine a more beautiful and romantic setting for a Finger Lakes wedding than Sonnenberg Gardens. A timeless jewel of the Rochester area, Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park is located in Canandaigua, NY and has a fascinating history. Although some major restorations have taken place, it is an ongoing process for the 125 year old historic site and is maintained by a dedicated group of staff and volunteers.
For wedding ceremonies, Sonnenberg can accomodate both small and large garden ceremonies. Smaller receptions can be held indoors in their Carriage house which can seat 75 or fewer guests. For larger groups, a marquee tent can be set up which includes an optional 5pm ceremony.
