There’s nothing like a 5K run to work up an appetite for Thanksgiving dinner. This year we visited my mother in Rosendale NY and her tradition is to start Thanksgiving day with a 5k. So we headed over to New Paltz for the Turkey Trot on a beautiful sunny morning. The air was crisp and cool but we warmed up quickly!
